Sunset Bay Resort can be easily reached from Manila:A choice of air conditioned bus, Partas, Dominion, Genesis, Viron, Farinas (from Pasay and Cubao), Approx P500 each way.
A Private Taxi can be arranged for you, up to 8 passengers P7000 to 8000
Private flights can also be arranged in a light aircraft from Clark Airport Pampanga to San Fernando International Airport.
San Fernando is the provincial capital of La Union. It is only about a 10 minute drive from Sunset Bay. It is a bustling market town that has a full range of banking, shopping, communication, and dental/medical/hospital facilities. Sunset Bay Resort is situated to the west of San Fernando Airport.
There are many places of interest around the resort including the San Fernando Botanical Gardens, Chinese Macho temple, Local Potteries at Bacnotan, Wood Crafts at Rosario, The Shrine at Agoo, Bacsil Ridge (site of a strategic WWII conflict) and Luna Beach where you can see and hear the Rolling Stones.
